Chronicles of MedKollate Week 4
Yes, It's week 4 already. This week was really challenging and exhausting but we have come to realise its part of our amazing journey. The journey to success is not without challenges but with the great commitment shown by each team, I believe we are on the right track. So let's do a quick recap of our journey so far.
The CRM team created an HubSpot account last week for MedKollate email marketing. For this week, they collaborated with the digital marketing team to implement the email marketing system. With this, email marketing can be successfully used to get across to our customers. https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/22217319/objects/0-1/views/all/list
Our Video Animation team also collaborated with the digital marketing team to create a video. This video contains a story streamlined with what MedKollate has to offer. You can check the video on our Instagram page. https://instagram.com/medkollateng?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
The UI/UX team delivered a complete design to the developers to work on. They also improved the design accordingly. Like the previous week, they delivered an amazing job. https://www.figma.com/file/7oSnUGpMJ5DZivMUj4cObN/Design-system
The Graphic Design team created and designed infographic flyers for MedKollate. All flyers were designed using contents curated by the digital marketing team. These beautiful designs can be found across our social media channels. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1jeJ78umT2whY4SFMY0TgrrMVZKraOFbY
The Product Management team managed and monitored the task management dashboard efficiently. They also updated tasks across other teams regularly without hiccups.
The Frontend Development team continued from last week and implemented the design from the UI/UX team but there were problems with our landing page which should be rectified soon. They did these with full compliance to the design. Also, all the APIs needed by the frontend team were delivered by the Backend Development team.
Our weekly updates would not be possible without the Microsoft Office team. They gathered regular updates from every team. With these details, they created presentation slides which will be used for our weekly presentation.
Finally, our Digital Marketing team created anticipation email contents for our signed users. A teaser and an announcement email content were created effortlessly. An end to end marketing plan for MedKollate was completed successfully. You can check out their fantastic contents on all our social media platforms. https://instagram.com/medkollateng?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= https://twitter.com/medkollate https://www.facebook.com/104473242299645/posts/pfbid02qU3KdGCGsdpD2UagnpSZDFFfyP22stWeJfHdFsrvHYZJmySoQyefGBKpwvmgeaPsl/
Despite the repeated hurdles, we remain strong in our journey into creating your number 1 electronic health record.
That’s all for week 4. See you next week.
