Chronicles of MedKollate
We are almost there. MedKollate is the result of hardwork and resilience of our team members week in, week out. Though it may look simple, it wasn't easy at all. Week 5 was no exception but for our team members' dedication and commitment, we are almost there. Let's have a quick recap.
Our Graphic design team as usual, created beautiful infographic designs for this week and they started creating our launch fliers also. You can check them out across our social media pages or below. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1mUnWVXjmeogG9UvLyhRh-U7YwafJpwAs
The UI/UX team worked closely with the developers to ensure designs are adhered to properly. https://www.figma.com/file/7oSnUGpMJ5DZivMUj4cObN/Design-system
This past few weeks, the product management team has been managing and monitoring the task management dashboard and that continued for this week too. Tasks were updated across all teams. They also commenced work on creating a launch timeline for MedKollate.
The CRM team implemented email marketing system with the Content Creation team last week and for this week, they created email templates in conjunction with the content team. They went through the workflow again, understanding each step as a user and updated the FAQs under registration section.
The Front-end and Back-end team continue working on the website and the API. They worked on integrating the front end and the back end so data could be saved in the database. An issue occurred which required some changes to be made to the front-end. The Back-end worked on implementing the changes given for the API and the front-end worked on finishing the web pages. https://lovely-crisp-a9736e.netlify.app/
Our Microsoft office team got updates from the teams in order to create a presentation slide and also started work on a pitch deck for MedKollate while the video animation team started work on creating a launch video for MedKollate.
Data Analytics team completed work on the reporting dashboard using endpoints from the developers and also started work on Marketing campaign performance analysis of our competitors' products.
The Digital Marketing team started automating our emails on MailChimp and commenced work on creating a proposal for investors. They also created amazing contents on our social media accounts. https://instagram.com/medkollateng?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= https://twitter.com/medkollate https://www.facebook.com/104473242299645/posts/pfbid02qU3KdGCGsdpD2UagnpSZDFFfyP22stWeJfHdFsrvHYZJmySoQyefGBKpwvmgeaPsl/
It hasn't been easy but for the dedication and passion shown by each member, our journey to creating MedKollate has been great so far.
See you next week.
