Let's start. πŸš€

It all started with the name SPIDER. πŸ•Έ
I like when people call me by that name.

Backstory. πŸ”™

At first, I didn't have any idea what I was doing after I bought a MacBook Air ( except showoff ). Later I figured out about Competitive Programming so-called CP & DSA. I did that for nearly a month and then I got bored after reaching 3 ⭐️ at Codechef.
I had done the basics of web development like HTML, CSS & JS in Mobile on platforms like Sololearn and made a few mini projects. When I get to know about React from an ACM Workshop named Getting started with ReactJS by Dhruv Kothari I was so amazed that we can do a lot with it, So I learned it and made more projects. This workshop exceeded my expectations.πŸ“ˆ

Becoming a member. πŸ€“

Google Developers Students Club (GDSC) had taken an event on Introduction to Git and GitHub. So many people joined the GDSC as members on the community page of GDSC DYPCOE. At this stage, I already knew about GDSC & I had joined it as Member. 😎

Technical Coordinator. 🀩

After a few events, forms for becoming a part of GDSC as coordinators were released. I filled out the form and got selected for the interview. It was a tough competition but luckily I got selected for the Technical Coordinator position because of my Web Dev Skills.

My First Event. πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ

giphy-5.gif Finally, I get a chance to conduct an online (due to covid) event more like a workshop on HTML, CSS, JS, and some API stuff. I, Bhushan, and Mrunmayi were the speakers for this event as well as we managed this event with help of the core team. We build a GitHub Profile Fetcher using GitHub API. There were 150+ students attending this event.πŸ₯΅

Second Event But this Time Offline. 😾

This event ie., The Backend Bootcamp was the first offline event of GDSC on campus this year. More than 500 people were registered for this event & this was a 2-days Bootcamp. It was a successful event with 450+ participants on both days. This was full of quizzes, goodies, stickers, and other event results announcements along with prize distribution at the same time. In this event, we focused on technologies like NodeJS, ExpressJs, and MongoDB. It was one of the most successful events with a lot of attendees.😱

This was the last event of the 2021-22 batch Core Team & forms for becoming the next GDSC Lead were rolled out. I wanted to lead the GDSC on my campus so I filled out the form, and selected for an interview but unfortunately not selected as a GDSC Lead. πŸ₯Ή

Spider was made for the Web, right? πŸ˜†

Let's get straight to the point, I applied and got selected. πŸ‘€ How??? πŸ‘‡
I made a presentation in ReactJS. πŸ”₯

Yeah, that was a smart move. 😎

Special Thanks to Nikhil Pawar, Ameya Jain, Shubham Jadhav & Dhruv Kothari 🀩

Okay, Guys. Thanks for reading. Follow anyway. Back to work. πŸ₯Ή
