All I know about BPO before joining is just the full form. Let me give you the gist of what is exactly.

People think that their life is over when they get failed to complete their education but it's not the end it's just the beginning of life but with the different dimension.

We all think that being a graduate and highly educated can fetch us a job but it's wrong. Skills and the knowledge is all we need in today's world and Certificate is just a piece of paper which shows what you have studied not the knowledge and skills which you have.
