The Background
In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of our Company we create a national competition of Journalist and Photographer. Registration process of this competition is in the Website Page that link to Google Form.
The Objectives
This activity aims to increase awareness and exposure of KALLA which has been established for 70 years to the entire community through written works and photos. The goal is we want to as many as possible (minimum 200 registrant) people registered in this competition.
The Steps
This is the step we conduct in order to achieve the goals are:
- The first is we do a research about what activities are involved in Journalism and Photography area we do this with collaboration on Corporate Communication Department.
- Next, we define the target audience. We do a little research of what kind of our audience is
- After that, we create a plan and strategy of our Google Ads.
- We create two Ads Campaigns:
- The first is Search Campaign to aim the Keyword that previously we have chosen.
- The second is Display Ads Campaign that we will display on various news channel.
- The last Step is Measure and Analyze the Results
The Results
With our budget spend less than 5 million IDR we were able to achieve 1+ million impressions but still low on conversion rate (that is only on 0.28%). But the most important thing is we achieve our target participant which is over 200 people registered on the competition.
There are still a lot of room to improve on this campaign from choosing more targeted keywords to choosing the right channel that fits the ad channel.
