Product update: Snippets of what we've been working on πŸŽ‰

We're here to update you on Hashnode's latest, and greatest improvements from November. Let's get started!

Feed Filters πŸ”Ž

We’re always striving to make things easier for our readers, and we want to help them get the most out of our platform. We’ve added two new filters! Say hello to 'read time' and 'tags'!

Discover articles based on your needs! The new filter functionality is available on the My Feed page.

Neptune β€” Our New Editor ✍️

Blog at the speed of thought 🧠 β€” Neptune is our new Markdown-based WYSIWYG editor for composing blog posts as quickly as you can imagine. And soon, it'll have AI under the hood to help you write.

To learn more about Neptune, check out this article by Hashnode Co-Founder Sandeep Panda.

Or visit hashnode.com/neptune.

FYI: this article was written with Neptune! ✍️

Support for custom widgets on draft previews

In the draft previews (which we recently improved), you can now display any custom widgets that you have added to your blog dashboard. It appears in the same way as in published posts.

πŸ‘€ Something is in the works

We are busy working on some really exciting updates for both blog home pages, as well as article pages.

Stay tuned for improvements to blog and article page headers, all new article reactions, and a completely reworked comments section. πŸ”₯

We also have another big update coming to our mobile app soon. πŸ“±

And that's it! πŸš€

We would love to hear what you think! Will you be using the new features? What else would you love to see in Hashnode?

Don't hesitate to leave your feedback.
