Talking about the new year's resolution list may be very impactful or can done no impact on your life. It fully depends on you how you implement it. I made list a few weeks ago of what should I do before 7 AM but can be implemented by me for 2-3 days only.

I want to follow this as my new year's resolution list:

Felt that it is easy to write and hard to follow.

  1. Drinking enough water is important for maintaining good health. Water is essential for many bodily functions, such as regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, and removing waste products. As a general guideline, the Institute of Medicine recommends that adult men should consume about 3.7 liters (about 15 cups) of water per day, and adult women should consume about 2.7 liters (about 9 cups) of water per day. I want to follow this.

  2. Some people believe that social media can be a trap because it can consume a lot of time and attention, and can lead to negative effects such as addiction, mental health issues, and a distorted view of reality. The constant stream of information and stimuli on social media can be overwhelming and can make it difficult for people to disconnect and focus on the present moment. This can lead to a feeling of disconnection from the real world and can reduce people's ability to engage in meaningful face-to-face interactions. So that's why want to reduce social media and use it only for work purposes.

  3. Both physical activity(workout) and meditation can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and can improve mood and overall well-being. benefits are Increased focus and concentration, Better sleep, Enhanced creativity, and problem-solving skills, Increased self-awareness and mindfulness, and Improved physical health.

  4. There are many benefits of reading books. Some are Enhanced empathy and emotional intelligence, Better communication, and writing skills, Reduced stress, improved mental health Increased creativity and imagination, and Greater personal growth and development.

  5. Setting a goal can provide several benefits. Here are a few examples: Goals help to focus your efforts and provide a clear direction for your actions. Setting a goal can motivate you to take action and work towards achieving something that is important to you. Achieving a goal can provide a sense of accomplishment and pride, which can boost your confidence and self-esteem. Goals can help you to measure your progress and stay on track Which is most important. Setting goals can also help you to develop new skills and improve your performance in various areas of your life.

I want to crack GSOC ( Google summer of code )

My continued contribution going to the codepeak'22 Open source event. One of the major goals is to crack in 2023 because couldn't able to do it in 2022 (last year). It provides a bunch of opportunities for learning and exploring the world and community where every person comes with a great mindset. Learning in a student's life is the most important part and especially for IT students. they have to learn a day in and day out for updated themself on the world and compete in it. One of the reasons behind this goal is the good payoff for fellowship after completing it.
