Non - Tech roles to expect in Web 3.0
One fascinating thing about Tech is its inclusiveness. Web 3.0 is no exception to this. Although Web 3 core is focused on blockchain and cryptocurrency technology which supports that developers and designers might have the front-row seat, that is not the case.
There are amazing Non - Tech roles within this space that help these front liners function effectively. In fact, amongst these Non-Tech roles, there has been a list of “On-demand roles” which has been estimated to increase further in demand in the coming years.
Here are a few of these Non - Tech roles expected to boom within the Web 3 space soon:
Online Community Leaders / Managers
One major aspect the implementation of Web 3 will strengthen is the creation of Online communities. By definition we mean, a group of people with shared interest and skill set using the internet to connect, interact and share ideas.

Having even the littlest experience in a relevant online community like discord, Hash node, Stackoverflow, GitHub etc. with the ability to handle community engagement puts you on the top of the food chain in the near future as these communities though open and functional under the Web 3 structure, will still require coordination and management.
Technical Writers
With research and clear sentences, Technical writers can communicate a product or even an idea. It’s not enough to build a Web 3 product, the ability for people to understand the product (because it is still very new) and use it, is dependent on how the product is been explained.
For technical writers, it is not a challenge because they understand how to construct words and bring anyone and everyone to the perfect understanding. So if you have experience in this role, it's time to consider the additional requirements to work within the Web 3 space.
Product Managers
A professional in this group has the ability to transform a product from being a brand property to a product users will consider as “value”. They contribute towards the actualization of an idea and still spend the greater part of that time ensuring the value to the users is maintained.
Customer Support / Virtual Assistance
Recall that Web 3 is still new and hence awareness about its product and service is still growing. While developers/designers work to bring these ideas to reality and technical writers do the work of creating a user guide for prospective users; we cannot rule out the fact that despite all these processes, the users at some point will require real-time assistance to navigate through the product or service.

A 24/7 customer support or Virtual Assistant professional will boost user acceptance of web 3 products and bring ease to understanding its service too.
Sales and Marketing team
These are the propellers that take the product out and into the market. Every product or service within the Web 3 space will require awareness and increased market penetration; and the only people capable of making it work belong to this group.
Sales and Marketing teams understand the audience and sales funnels required to turn a follower into a loyal client and can use these skills to push Web 3 further.
Technical Recruiters
All the above listed are roles necessary in Web 3. To verify skill sets that fit perfectly into the group, Recruiters, Human resource professionals and Head hunters will be in great demand.
This particular role not only helps bring the much-needed talent but also helps in managing these talents towards productivity.
Conclusion
While these may seem like a lot, the roles are however not limited to just this. It is however advisable to conduct research and discover roles relevant to your skill set and begin steps to make yourself a good fit.
Don’t relent if you desire to #switch to #web3 and already have basic knowledge, training or experience in any other skills listed above. All it will take you is to begin research to verify additional courses or skills you will need to boost your present level and begin your journey into Web 3. It has never and will never just be about Developers and designers.
