GeTurn Hypothesis (C, Si, Ge....)

Nature has already succeeded in creating Intelligence in living beings using Carbon compounds. We(Human beings) are procreating and advancing Intelligence by using Silicon chips. There are two Inferences from the above statement;

1. Intelligence creation

2. Specifically, the 14th group elements in the periodic table play key roles in making intelligence (carbon 'C' and silicon 'Si'). So, the next element 'Ge' is probably accountable for intelligence creation. Call this the "GeTurn hypothesis".
