I am also applying for many jobs and faced different trust issues while filling out forms, so please check and re-check the job description and job post with its job id. Try to notice one thing while filling out the forms - see the URL and verify it with the job post. Many sites leak our vital information to different sites or companies, it is just like your data got stolen and sold to another.
