Productivity in the age of Distractions.

Currently, I'm learning Programming and one of the major problems I face is time management. It often leads to unproductive days which leads to demotivation. One of the main reasons is getting distracted by our smartphones and other gadgets. I will share some tips and tricks which can help you and which helped me to learn better and maximize productivity.
Being productive can be a challenge, but there are several strategies you can implement to increase your productivity:
Set clear goals: Define specific, measurable, and achievable goals that you want to accomplish. This will help you stay focused and motivated.
Prioritize tasks: Determine which tasks are most important and prioritize them accordingly. Consider using a to-do list or a task management app to keep track of your tasks.
Break tasks into smaller chunks: Large tasks can be overwhelming and difficult to complete. Try breaking them down into smaller, more manageable tasks.
Eliminate distractions: Identify and eliminate any distractions that might prevent you from being productive. This could include turning off your phone, closing unnecessary tabs on your computer, or finding a quiet workspace.
Take breaks: Taking breaks can increase your productivity by preventing burnout and allowing you to refocus. Try taking short breaks every hour or so to stretch, walk around, or do something enjoyable.
Manage your time effectively: Time management is key to being productive. Consider using a calendar or scheduling app to manage your time more effectively.
Focus on one task at a time: Multitasking can actually decrease your productivity. Instead, focus on one task at a time and give it your full attention.
Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is crucial for productivity. Make sure you're getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
You don't need to be perfect at all the 8 steps you can implement each step one by one. I would recommend watching this ted talk on focus. Don't give up while you are learning anything it will take time but you will eventually get there.
There is a limit to the time assigned to you, and if you don't use it to free yourself it will be gone and never return.
