Using ChatGPT for Learning New Skills

Welcome to my blog, here I am going to explain to you about to learn new skills or acquire any type of knowledge through chatGPT in depth. the world is known as completely becoming dependent on AI and all the business tycoons have the same perspective on AI that Ai will become the undetachable part of our life in a few years as the internet has become nowadays.

In this blog, I will explain to you which type of prompt you should use or how you can interact with ChatGPT and also I will provide you with step-by-step knowledge of learning a skill with an Example.

let me tell you a story...

I was at my English class and giving my presentation on AI in the new changing era of technology with AI. There comes a topic on ChatGPT and my English teacher has a concern about chat GPT. She told me that chatGPT does not tell you what is not available on the internet because when she was doing some research paperwork with the help of chatGPT. She did not find any difference in using ChatGPT or Google for her research work. From there I got the idea that a lot of people do not even have any idea of how to use ChatGPT .what type of questions should ask it? how take it to the maximum advantage? how does it improve their efficiency? or how could people learn new skills with the help of ChatGPT?

How does ChatGPT really work?

To use chatGPT efficiently we should know about first how it works and what type of technology works behind the machine.

Starting from discussing the basic answer to the question - What is ChatGPT? - it is the text-to-text connection between humans and technology through Chatgpt. which has the collection a very vast amount of data in its database that is from Websites to all of the pdf available on the internet and from research papers to all the books available in the world making it much different from Google or any other search engine.

The technology behind the machine makes me more curious about - which type of language it is working on ? which type of algorithms and Api it is using? or is any other of this type of text-to-text AI will be available on the internet or not? there is a lot to know about chatGPT and its technology.

It is based on the most famous programming language Python using various of its libraries and modules like PyTorch to train models on data and NumPy and Panda libraries to prepare data. there are several machine learning algorithms used behind forming chatGPT like GPT(generative pre-trained transformer) architecture developed by Open Ai. It is the base algorithm used here which uses to pre-train massive amounts of data at a time. and other algorithms like Fine-tuning process (FTP) and NLP(Natural Language processing) etc.

To understand the way to chat with ChatGPT with the right prompt means you want to learn how you could ask chatGPT something. It will reply to you in the way that you got your answer perfectly.

FTP: Fine-tuning process (FTP) is also used here to deal with specific types of search and results to systems. it adjusts the model's parameters to perform well on the specific task for what it is trained.

NLP(Natural Language Processing): NLP is also used here for a better understanding of the language of the user who is interacting with ChatGPT and it also provides a more accurate and relevant response.

Api plays a very important role here in generating human-like responses for text-based prompts. OpenAI GPT API is used to reply to human-like responses and OpenAI Codex API is used to generate code for responses to natural language prompts.

so, first, you need to understand that chatGPT is based on the Deep learning algorithm so it could be trained so, here I am going to explain to you how to train chatGPT and take help from chatGPT to learn new skills.

you need to start with the basic thing that child uses when they start learning and that is by asking a question. Asking questions in the right way is very important so we will use the basic principle of 5 -W's. that means - what, who, when, where, and why. you have to each of the 5 W's in one statement that will use to train the ChatGPT. here each W uses are different here so,

1. what - what type of skill do you want to learn

2. why - why are you learning this skill (be clear about the reason)

3. who - which role do you want chatGPT to play while providing you the result

4. when - when do you want to learn the skill

5. where - from where do you want to learn your skill (offline / online)

these all Ws should be used clearly in your statement while you are training ChatGPT...

I am telling here chatGPT to act as a professor of computer science and help me for learning computer science. see the reply of chatGPT in the image of how it replied to me. I have cleared all the 5 W's while training chatGPT by proving a role to from where I want to learn all the details in one statement.

It also understood about the mentorship request and told me he will reply to any questions about guidance to learn to program.

finally, as a mentor, it also provided me with some tips on learning programs with a motivational line.

you can do this while learning all of the new skills just you have to clear your 5 W's in it.

you can learn .. music, art, business, or any of your subjects at your college schools or even competitive exams.

so, you have seen how you can train chatGPT to learn any type of new skill. I will provide some new prompts to use after training chatGPT by the above method.

here are some tips...

1. if ask any question to chatGPT and it does not make you clear about that so, just type... "Let's take this step-by-step" and it will explain you with more elaboration.

2. if you are not satisfied with the content it provided and you want more lines from chatGPT you can type..." Did you time out" and it will reply to you with more lines of the previous results.

3. you can provide a role to chatGPT and ask it "provide me a roadmap or study plan for learning your skill".

4. you can use it for data analysis by a prompt for example "Tell me an insight into how pollution is increasing in New Delhi"
