I have found some image generation AI, that is unblocked by most internets (IF your internet blocks things)

Some AI have their very own, dedicated site, DALL·E 2 and Craiyon as examples. DALL·E 2. Most AI image generation sites aren't blocked, however, a lot of them are, and it's hard to sometimes find one that isn't blocked. So, let's get started

Craiyon

Craiyon is a great place, it only takes a minute to process, and you can easily remove the watermark, rendering it as you're own, it has a big library of images it looks through, and it's free, meaning YOU don't have to pay anything, however, because they are free, they do need to have money, that is why you can donate to them, so they can get more servers, and improve it, while still keeping it entirely free.

Pastel Mix

Pastel Mix does not have its very own site, which is very sad, but there is a free and paid versions, which is useful if you want to support the maker. There is an anime version and a regular version. So, you can choose if you want characters or not.

DALL·E 2

DALL·E 2 is the only one that you have to pay for, but it is also super advanced, and it can also edit images, add things, and remove them, so overall, it is worth it, unless of course, you don't have the money to buy food and things, then it is not worth it.
