My Take:

ChatGPT can't do everything and we do see models trained for specific tasks, such as finance and travel. So there is room for a chat for developers, but it must:

1. Be much better than ChatGPT

2. Clearly show the unique value, what does it mean exactly that you are a tool for developers. The integration with Replit is a good start, I must say. But ChatGPT has similar plugins which take us back to the question of what makes it unique in this crowded market.

BTW, Replit released an LLM for code completion but maybe Phind is more about question answering which is not exactly the same...
