Visit the ILLA Cloud website and sign up for a free account to gain access to the platform's versatile features.

Create a new App in your builder and name it Animal Generator

Step 2: Add the Components

Select components from the pre-built components library and drag them onto your canvas. Customize their appearance and behavior to suit your preferences.

Add an input component, two button components labeled as Clear and Generate, a radio group labeled as Example Prompt with three items (optional), a radio group labeled as Style with three items (optional), and an image component. The overall layout can refer to the graph below.

Step 3: Integrate Hugging Face API

Explore the integration with Hugging Face and select the animal hybrid generator API. Connect it to your animal wheel component to enable the generation of unique animal hybrids.

At the bottom of the page, Click + New under the Action list. Select Hugging Face Inference API from the action list.

Fill out the configuration of Hugging Face with your Hugging Face token with read access from here.

After creating your Hugging Face action, copy the model name of the model you want to use from Hugging Face Model ID (Here we use jha2ee/StableDiffusion_finetuning_special_animal_style for cartoon, benlehrburger/animal-image-generation for realistic, and laserchalk/sketch-of-an-animal for sketch. You can pick one of the three or find your own model from hugging face for style) and put the input components value as the input parameter into the model (ie {{input1.value}})

Step 4: Configure the Components

For the Style radio group, we can manually label and assign value to each option.

For the Generate button, we want to click it to generate a new image with the input sentence as the input parameter through the hugging face.

1. Click the **`button`** component to open its inspect page. Under **`Event handler`**, click **+ New**.

2. In the Edit event handler, select **`Trigger action`** for the action and choose the hugging face API you want to trigger (ie cartoon) for the action name

3. In order to only run the picked model in the Style radio group, we put {{radioButton2.value == 'cartoon'}} for Only run when.

Repeat the above steps for every model you want to trigger to generate different style.

For the Clear button, we want to click it to clear the texts in the input components.

1. Click the **`button`** component to open its inspect page. Under **`Event handler`**, click **+ New**.

2. In the Edit event handler, select **`Control components`** for action, choose input1 for components, and clearValue for Method.

Similarly, we create multiple event handlers to clear the value for Example Prompt and Style radio group.

For the image component to display the output image from each hugging face model, we can put {{radioButton1.value == 'realistic'? "data:image/jpeg;base64," +realistic.data : (radioButton1.value == 'cartoon'? "data:image/jpeg;base64," + cartoon.data : "data:image/jpeg;base64," + sketch.data)}} for Image Source.

Step 5: Test and Refine

Test your animal generator to ensure it functions seamlessly. Refine the design and add any additional features such as adding optional components, showing notifications when encountering an error, and customizing existing components as needed to enhance the user experience.
