UX Design Novice

My search for knowledge to broaden my perspective had paved way towards my drive into designs. Before now, and my mentorship bootcamp on Figma, I relate the word designs to activities related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly web designing and graphics designs and printing.

My read through the lessons and further research has been resourceful and impacted on my experience as a first timer. I now understand that design has to do with my personal interactions with the things that I engage in my everyday life; especially those things I relate with and their impacts towards my satisfaction or displeasure.

More so, Jeff Humble describe experience as “any interaction someone can have with a product”. He further explained that users are persons like me. Experience also relates to my interactions with product and services, whether satisfactory or displeasing (unpleasant). The outcome of my experience with the use of products or services often times had been imaging how best a product or service could be offered than the way they were. I was a UX Design Novice all my life, but never knew I had the opportunity to solving the experience problems or improving on better experience until now.
