They were able to give a general brief on what the app will entail, such as:

  • Problem

  • Goals

  • Our proposal.

They were able to use the design system pattern in creating the app, such as:

  • Listing their roles.

  • Research.

  • They compare what social app is used. (mostly)

  • Demographics.

  • They also did some competitive analysis.

  • They also conducted some research to see the pain points of their users.

  • They also carried out a survey and a one-on-one interview.

Through this, they were able to gather their user's pain points, and they could come up with an empathy map for the user.

They were trying to maintain the interview result with the UI of the app, which is seamless, simple, and polite.

They made use of the ideation process, thereby using different methods to solve the problem.

They also made use of a storyboard to explore the way the app feature will be represented.
