Day 1 : Today I got an idea of creating a new SaaS Product

Yes, that's correct you can see my title has a Day 1 in it.

I am building in public my next SaaS platform

I am not sure what I am going to call it right now.

However, the idea is to create a platform to manage properties in a single place.

Another thought how is the name "Backbone" sound like?

Should I register the domain?

Well, let me first do the research.

My next steps are:

1. Need to do some keyword research around what exactly real estate agents search for when they want to streamline the process of their overall operations.

2. Schedule interviews with a few real estate agents to understand their pain points.

3. Figure out if there is a pain point hard enough to solve. Because ultimately if there is no demand there is no point in solving the problem.

4. If I find a pain point, then I will try to niche it down to a point where I can release an MVP in one month and get a paid customer within the first 3 months.

5. After that, I need to decide on which tech stat I have to build this SaaS upon.

6. And then the fun will start :)
