Cloud Computing

Let's start a 100-day cloud computing challenge. Love to discuss Amazon Web Services. Share everything about the cloud, especially AWS.

What is Cloud Computing?

Every organization needs computing, Database, storage and Networking services to run its application. Instead of owning and maintaining a physical server hardware and software infrastructure, we can refer to a technology that can deliver these resources on a pay-as-you-go basis and is easy to access on the web. This is called cloud computing.

Advantages of cloud computing

  1. Trade fixed expense for variable expense.

  2. Benefit from massive economies of scale.

  3. Stop guessing capacity.

  4. Increase speed.

  5. Stop spending money running and maintaining data centers.

  6. Go global in minutes.

Types of Cloud

  1. Private Cloud

  2. Public Cloud

  3. Hybrid Cloud

Private Cloud:- A Private Cloud is cloud computing that is exclusively by one business or organization. We can describe in other words that all resources are isolated and in the control of one organization.

Public Cloud:- The Cloud resources like servers and storage are owned and operated by third-party cloud service providers and delivered over the internet.

Hybrid Cloud:- This is a cloud computing that combine on-premises infrastructure or private clouds with public clouds so the organization can reap the advantages of both.

Services of Cloud

  1. IaaS

  2. PaaS

  3. SaaS

Here is a comparison between all services managed by organizations and cloud Providers.

Top Cloud Providers

  1. AWS (Amazon Web Service)

  2. Azure(Microsoft)
