What I observed and noticed in this case study was that the designer's case study is based on an existing app he had already created, and so started from the research he had gathered from the usability testing.

I also observed that the designer also brought in storytelling in his case study. There was an easy flow of his work from one stage to the other.

In the case study, you can also see where he had challenges and was able to solve those challenges based on user reviews and interviews carried out.

I also love the aspect where the designer used pictures to show us his works. In the work, every image used was related to what he was talking about.
