Interestingly, it's not a problem for some people at my current workplace.
Switching tasks can be detrimental.
It's like mental channel-flipping, requiring time to regain focus.
How long does it take to enter a state of deep work, and how many hours are spent in shallow work each day?
Switching leads to more errors, stress, frustration, reduced productivity, and less flow.
Multitasking isn't what it appears to be...
