Today marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in my journey as a student of computer science. I officially enrolled in CS50x 2024, a renowned computer science course offered by Harvard University. CS50x is an introductory course to computer science, covering a wide range of topics from the basics of programming to more advanced concepts.

In my first session, I delved into the world of binary code and pseudocode. It was fascinating to learn how computers interpret instructions and algorithms, and how we can communicate with them effectively through code. Understanding these fundamental principles is crucial for anyone aspiring to become proficient in computer science.

Looking ahead, I'm eager to explore Scratch and delve deeper into other essential concepts in computer science. The course promises to be engaging, and I'm determined to complete it.

One of the highlights of today's lesson was revisiting recursion, a concept that I had learned previously but wanted to reinforce. I spent time revising the fundamentals of recursion and even tackled a few practice problems to solidify my understanding. It was a rewarding experience to see my knowledge grow and to keep my learning streak alive.

As I keep moving forward, I'm thankful for the chance to learn more, push myself, and follow my love for computer science. Every step I take brings me closer to my dreams and to making a difference in the tech world. Excited for what's next!

Stay tuned for more updates on my CS50x journey!
