Theory of the Block universe
The Block Universe Theory shows the past, present and future of our universe simultaneously in the form of blocks in the fourth dimension. We have also seen this concept in the movie Interstellar. It is exactly like the frames of a DVD which stores past, present and future events.
According to the block theory, no event can pass through time or even change, an event that has happened in the past will happen again and again, just like a video, we cannot change it. Another thing in Block Universe is that past, present and future move together in a single slide.
The block universe theory has been discussed and debated extensively in both philosophical and scientific circles, with some physicists and philosophers finding it compatible with certain interpretations of relativity theory and quantum mechanics, while others find it problematic or counterintuitive.
It's important to note that the block universe theory is a theoretical framework or perspective rather than a proven scientific fact. It represents one possible way of conceptualizing the nature of time and spacetime, but it remains a topic of ongoing philosophical and scientific investigation and debate.
The chapter of Block Universe is related to time traveling, but the biggest problem here is that even if you go to the past, time still moves according to your own frame and it keeps moving forward. And it is possible that you may get stuck in this time loop. And there are many such theories which deny time travel.
