Who Am I?

I’m Neeraj Yadav, a Computer Science student (2nd semester) at Quantum University, India. I come from a small village in Uttar Pradesh and was born into a lower-class family. My entire education until 12th grade was in the Hindi medium under the state board.

The Early Struggles

Back in school, I was curious by nature but only average in academics. To be real with you—I passed my 12th with cheating. That period was tough. After school, I had no clue about what to do in life. Everyone around me suggested preparing for government jobs, so I started preparing for Agniveer and even took a drop year.

But during that journey, I realized something important: government jobs weren’t for me. I wanted to do something bigger, something that truly excited me.

Real-World Lessons

To support my higher studies, I began looking for small jobs and started traveling across India. That phase taught me a lot:

1. English is essential for career growth.

2. Government jobs aren’t the only option. There are thousands of other paths to success.

With that clarity, I decided to learn English. Without the right environment, it was hard—but I pushed through. In 6–7 months, I could speak decently. Not fluent, but confident enough to communicate and learn. That one skill opened countless doors for me.

Choosing Computer Science

Initially, I didn’t plan on pursuing a formal degree. But my elder brother advised me to do it—saying it would help me grow, meet new people, and gain exposure. I agreed. That’s how I chose Computer Science.

This decision became a major turning point.

A New Chapter

In university, I started meeting new people, discovering new talents, and expanding my mind. I began reading biographies, self-help books, and listening to podcasts. I realized how blessed we are to live in a time where so much knowledge is available for free online.

I got deeply inspired by Elon Musk—his mindset, his vision, and how he built businesses from scratch. That pushed me to dive into topics like:

• Business & Startups

• Stock Market & Investing

• Bitcoin & Blockchain

• Programming & Critical Thinking

I’m still exploring, learning, and building myself. The journey is ongoing.

This was just a glimpse of my story so far. I’m still learning, still growing. I believe every small step counts. I don’t know exactly where I’ll end up—but I know I’m on the right path.
