This is the story of Rudra and her life journey. Born into a middle class family her life was like everyone others. She was the middle one among her two sisters. Everything was going well until her father's fall in business. They were forced to sell literally everything in their house. Yet her father couldn't clear their debt. Rudra was just fifteen years old then. Her father couldn't handle the situation and ate poison leaving his family and responsibilities.

Life's burden started by then. Her mother was forced to search for a job to raise her three children. But society was always against to them. They didn't want to hire a single mother. Life was getting difficult day by day with increasing expenses. This forced Rudra and her elder sister to work as a salesgirl. Rudra always wanted to study and wished for a better life. But due to life situations she didn't get a chance.

A year later after her elder sister's marriage, society next marked Rudra's marriage. But she was always determined and as a result of her hardwork she got admission in Bombay with full scholarship. She became a graduate in Gemmology and worked at Chemmanur Jwellers. From there she met the love of her life. They married with both of their parents' blessings.

Leaving her job in Bangalore and moving back to Kerala was the worst decision she ever took in her life. As a daughter-in-law who entered home with no dowry, she was treated as a slave. After three months of unbearable torture from her in-laws she and her husband decided to move to her house in Alapuzha. She worked as a Spoken English teacher in a school for a small salary.

And then is my friend's entry to her life... Her sweet son. Yes... I was talking about my friend's mother's story of life burden. But here is the switch. Life started to change in her life after his birth.

She started to sell clothes for wholesale and found profit in it. Life got much better ever since. Her husband was completely supporting to her small business. From her savings she started to do some courses of her interest. She started her own institute that offers distant education for working people. It also offered some job-oriented short term courses. Growth of her institute was high. Her motto was to upbring women talents to it's peak. She wanted every women to be employed because a women with a job has a high value in society.

The society who were against to her mother and her family now shows great respect to her. Her in-laws started treating her as a queen. She is a respectful women in her society, Founder of Linen symphony, Founder of St. Stephen's Institute of management studies. She works for an NGO to raise women's talents. She speaks for gender equality and women empowerment. She gives career guidance to the young generation and give technical awareness about growing industries.

This is the story of her success. I hope her life will motivate many of you because... She's a role model for me as well as my friends.
