These sheets stabilize the ultraviolet rays to make favorable conditions for crops to perform photosynthesis in a properly ventilated area. These tents are mostly located in countries that have cold temperatures to grow crops efficiently.

How can technology be used in this area?

Many companies have proposed various sensor systems, such as soil moisture sensors, light sensors, humidity sensors, and temperature sensors, along with motor connectivity to stimulate water flow.

Humidity Sensor

Real-time data of the humidity and temperature will be projected through an LCD connected via a controller.

Soil Moisture sensor

The moment the moisture level of the soil decreases by a specified limit, the irrigation systems will automatically switch on in order to maintain the moisture level in the playhouse.

AI-based system, Mobile Application

In terms of irritation, the farmer is free to choose his own system, which can be Drip Irrigation or Sprinkle Irrigation. The process of watering the crops can be done via an AI-based system that utilizes water level sensors. This will also help identify the availability of water from the source to prevent issues of motor crashes. In case the water level drops, the farmer will get a notification on his Mobile phone via an APP.

Temperature Sensor

When the temperature in the playhouse goes beyond a certain limitation, Air ventilators will be automated to switch on with the help of Node MCU. This system can be assessed with the help of an Android Mobile App through the internet.

In this fashion, the entire farm can be monitored and controlled by one human being, which, in short, will also reduce manpower.
