My journey started from New York. I packed my bag and started my journey from JFK Airport. and arrived at the airport 1 hour before the flight time. Then the check in counter is open after all the verifications or checking we arrived at the flight and seated as per mentioned seat number. I met with my seatmates, who were also going to Colombo. And after some talking and opening up with each other, they told me about their plans, and they invited me along with them. Then I decided to join after this Colombo trip. Then I arrived at Colombo airport and we exchanged our one bag with someone else's bag while we arrived at Colombo airport . I was afraid—what if we didn’t find that bag? I have some important documents in that bag. Then the person who sat beside me told me that you had to visit the airline office to make a complaint. Then I found out how I could reach out to the Air Asia Colombo Office in Sri Lanka. After gathering all the information, I made a complaint to the Qatar Airways Office. And I had my bag back within a day. Then after I start my journey in Colombo.
