feeling struck and demotivated

Growth Mindset

expand possibilities

reframe failure

have more confidence and impact

Current State:

Took the following quiz to determine current mindset:

For the first 4 questions, my answers were towards left. While for the 5th one, its towards right.

More left answer signify fixed mindset where success comes from gifted skillsets. More right answers means we as humans can improve from our current state and grow further.

Growth Mindset

Embrace failure and risks to learn, grow and move up in the career. With GM, one believes that they can continously grow and change their trajectory of work. This provides multiple options and opportunities to look upon and pick up the best amount these. With conitnous efforts one is always learning / unlearnings and growing further.

While fixed mindset is based on proving ideas based on talent, growth mindset is focused on improving on a daily basis.

Growth mindset improves confidence, creativity and ability to take calculated risks. It further leads to taking in and working upon critical feedback and embracing change. This further improves perseverance and grit.

Some of my beliefs which are holding me back are mentioned below.
