So today I m going to tell some little information about Linux operating system. Every tech geek is fascinated about linux operating system. ofcourse there is a behind the popularity of this linux os like some of the movies based on hacking some of the scenes in which hackers just types some commands and boom the world is changed. Ofcourse this is not true but yah no one can deny that it isn't look interesting. so our todays topic is linux operating system in this blog I m going to discuss about some facts about linux.

• History of Linux

  Linux Operating system was created by Linus Torvalds in 17 September 1991 at Helsinki University as in under open-source project. At the time of development of like before the creation of this linux there was and is software named as unix. so linux is combination of first name of linus torvalds name Linu + unix i.e LINUX.

• Distributions of Linux

  There are more than thousands of distors available on internet of linux. some of the popular distors are

  • Linux mint

  • parrot os

  • cent os

  • debian os

  • Ubuntu

  • redhat linux

  • Clear Linux OS

    these are some of the popular linux distros. Many others are avaliable.

    Linux has many features, including:

    • Graphical user interface (GUI)

    • Configure keyboards into different languages

    • Frequent new updates

    • Lightweight infrastructure

So, if i want to conclude this Linux OS it is very powerful and lightweight OS and lastly the system hardware requirement of linux os is that it can run on 2GB RAM varient PC also. so if anyone who is curious about terminal should give a try to this amazing operating system.
