Ebay Tracker V3.7: Better Handling of Variation Listings and Compliance Updates
#1 - Improved Syncing with Amazon Variation Listings
We have addressed a significant issue in the eBay Tracker where navigating to an Amazon page could lead to a mismatch between the SKU stored as the custom label and the ASIN listed by Amazon. More critically, for out-of-stock variation listings, Amazon would default to a cheaper variant, leading to inaccuracies in your eBay listings. The updated tracker now diligently checks for mismatches and confirms stock availability for variant listings, setting the quantity to zero for any discrepancies or out-of-stock issues. This update ensures accurate representation and pricing of items on eBay, preventing unintended sales of unavailable items.
#2 - Streamlined Response to eBay Listing Violations
In addition to inventory management improvements, we have enhanced the tracker’s handling of eBay listings that violate platform policies. Previously, encountering a policy violation would stop the tracker, necessitating a restart. The latest update allows the tracker to automatically skip these listings without interruption. You can then manage these violations at your convenience, either by correcting the issues or removing the listings from your store.
