TCPView is a tool and part of the Microsoft SysInternals utilities. Its a great tool to diagnose a problem when the network is being blamed.
However, there is another tool that works great when malware is suspect on Windows and that is CrowdInspect from CrowdStrike. This tool provides similar information to TCPview but automatically highlights connections that are suspicious. Great time saver.
