I had been developing software as a hobby for quite some time when I was given the opportunity to design a software tool from scratch in a professional setting. It was at this point that my interest in software development truly began to intensify.

One of the initial challenges was ensuring that my skills aligned with current industry standards. This aspect sometimes lags behind because, in my case, it had primarily been a hobby. For me, this meant ensuring that the coding and architecture I implemented could also scale effectively within a small team environment.
