🚀 Excited to share my journey with you all as I dive into the world of cybersecurity and project management! 🎓

Starting with a bachelor's in computer science, I've always been passionate about technology. Now, pursuing a master's in cybersecurity and project management, the journey has been both challenging and immensely fulfilling. Scheduled to finish the masters program much later this year, the two-year ride so far has been a rollercoaster of learning experiences.

In February 2023, I started the masters program with the cybersecurity modules, relishing every moment of the intricate challenges they posed. Fast forward to January 2024, and I embarked on the project management modules, adding another layer to my skill set.

While it would have been logical to pursue certifications alongside my cybersecurity studies, financial constraints meant I had to prioritize. But now, with time and resources on my side, I've decided to take on the CompTIA Security+ and Google Cybersecurity certificates concurrently. Yes, it's a daunting task, requiring nearly five hours of daily study for the next two months. But hey, where's the fun without a challenge, right?

Some experts might advise against tackling both certifications simultaneously, but why settle for one when you can have both? Plus, completing the Google Cybersecurity certificate entitles me to a 30% discount on the CompTIA Security+ exam voucher, along with support packages. Talk about a win-win! 🏆

Balancing preparations for these certifications alongside my project management modules will undoubtedly test my time management skills. However, I'm ready to take it on with full gusto. 💪🏽
