Running and Montoring Multiple Zooms

You can actually run multiple Zoom meetings in one laptop. Here is how to do it.

  1. You should navigate where your Zoom.exe file is located (you can do so by right clicking on the Zoom shortcut and selecting "open source location").

  2. Then you can duplicate Zoom.exe many times (just copy and paste it).

  3. (Optional) You can add these shortcuts on your Descktop for convenience. For example, we've created a folder Zooms/ and have put 20 Zoom shortcuts there.

  1. No you can open multiple Zoom instances. If you're using different Zoom accounts across these instances it's important that you first open instances and only then start logging in. Otherwise every time you open a new instance you will have to log out first.

  2. When you open Zoom instance it should open blue login page (see photo above). If not you should log out, close window and open it again.

  3. Once you oppened all instances you can start Singing in.

  1. Now you can start all the meetings, and it will look like bellow.

The audio levels bellow is vMix Audio Mixer. In Zooms we selected speaker device as Line 1 , Line 2, ... And in vMix we added them as Audio Inputs.

If co-host mutes us by accident we can quicly notice which Zoom is muted.
