It uses a Virtual DOM which makes it different from other technologies and it employs component-based architecture. Angular on the other hand is a framework for building single - page applications. React is easier to understand if your are familiar with JavaScript. It uses the combination of HTML with JavaScript (JSX syntax). Angular on the other hand is more complex as it relies on Typescript. It dependency on RxJs for reactive programming adds to the Complexity. React is also more flexible than Angular but Angular has a wide range of built in feature and tools.

In conclusion React and Angular are both great technologies. React is commonly used in projects like dashboards and e-commerce sites while Angular is used in making applications that requires a high level of maintenance. Personally, I recommend React because it is flexible and easy to learn. React is the best choice if you are developing a single-page website but if you are building a complex project, you can consider Angular.
