Project Outline
Understand the functional and design requirements of the Quiz App, including high scores viewing, quiz functionality, timer, and local storage for scores. Work with the development team and product manager to clarify any ambiguities in the requirements. Create a comprehensive test plan that outlines the testing strategy, scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and deliverables. Execute manual test cases to verify that each feature of the Quiz App works as intended. This includes:
Checking the UI against the design for 99% compliance.
Testing the quiz flow from start to completion.
Validating the correct answer functionality.
Ensuring the timer works correctly and affects the score as specified.
Verifying the high scores are correctly stored and retrieved from local storage.

REPORT (Day One)
We held our first official meeting by 8 PM on July 22nd consisting of (Product managers, product design, frontend, backend, and Quality assurance)
Discussion Analysis
The meeting commenced with formal introductions
The tasks were broken down and discussed in detail to ensure everyone had a clear understanding of the objectives and deliverables.
Key points of the analysis included:
- Overview of the main project goals for the week
- Identification of key deliverables and deadlines
- Assignment of responsibilities to team members.There was a section where we discussed the workflow for the Quizza App.
We made a decision to create a separate group create for the team leaders involve in building the app.
Deliverables
PRD(Product requirement document) had to be dropped by 2 pm the following day.
REPORT (Day Two)
Discussion Analysis
We were each tasked with the QA team to go through the PRD for a better understanding of the product we would be working on.
Deliverables:
We create a test plan.
We create test scenarios and review them.
We create test cases and review them.
REPORT (Day five)
Discussion Analysis
The deadline was extended due to the fact that the PRD wasn't detailed enough to give proper direction on the app.
The product design team could not deliver on the app layout and functionality.
The Frontend and Backend team have not completed the project.
The Quality team has been unable to test the app because it hasn't been built.
Report (Day Six)
We have a test plan.
We have 22 test scenarios drawn from the test plan.
We have test scenarios for 11 test scenarios.
We were unable to complete our test cases because we the designs and software development team didn't deliver the product to us.
We were unable to conduct manual testing of the Quizza app because we didn't have access to the test.
We were unable to verify the timer and high scores.
