A worthy learning Experience in Tiidelab

About two months ago a friend told me about a tech community that will bring development to me and possible connection with other people in tech space, seven weeks ago, my friend sent me the link the Pre-fellowship organized by Tiidelab tech company.

I did the registration and wrote the assessment test, I got enrolled into the pre-fellowship. My first week was not good for grading, I was participating less in the team work, this affected my attention to information posted on Tiidelab pre--fellowship groups platforms. My engagement to assessment, class lectures and seminars got better from the second week.

My expectations into Tiidelab Pre-fellowship was mainly on coding as a software developer, but it was exceeded, Mr. shams the Coordinator of Tiidelab pre-fellowship and with other mentors taught soft skills with seminars on Altitude, copy writing, presentation skills which was very impact full..

On coding, our tutor unclebigbay explained the concept of CSS styling and media query in a very simple and practical way, with practical assessment i was able to take my coding skill to a intermediate level. This teaching has developed my media query skills in terms of website responsiveness. below is the link to my portfolio project.

After the two weeks, an evaluation result sheet was released and unfortunately I scored zero grade, nothing was recorded for me. But luckily I was given a second chanced by the organizing board which I was grateful for and I had to put more effort in assessment and participating in group task.

Mr. Tijani handle the python lesson and he did a seem less job during his 5 python classes he took and it was beginner friendly..

My Team, Tech pioneers was tasked with a project, to build an article Summarizer Application, this Application my team called ..BRIEFIT.. a software App that has a python executable file that has the functionalities of summarizing large text or file into short and easily understandable file and also a downloadable function for people to download the summarized file. This a project is a success waiting upon launching.

Overall, is a privilege to be in Tiidelab pre-fellowship Cohort, I am grateful to Mr. Shams the Coordinator for his challenging seminars and teaching on soft skills developments which I have greatly learnt from and others mentors who gave their time and knowledge to trained many others like myself. Indeed I have gained a lot, without spending a dime or money.

Shout out to Tiidelab Company for organizing this training and I am looking forward to the main fellowship program, commencing this August, Thank you for Impacting me this year.
