I have a problem. I horde all of my old electronics "just in case" I find a use for it later. Usually that never happens, but after moving the same box of old phones for the third time in six months, I finally found a use for them, a new life as the eyes and ears for Amy, my personal assistant. Data Collection

I believe the reason none of the 'AI' assistants can actually assist you is because they know only what you tell them. My solution? Livestream my life as if I was on Big Brother, streamed straight into LLMs. It was quite uncomfortable at first even though no one else is going to see or hear my day, its weird to do. But you soon forget and after you see it work better than you dreamed, you stop caring about your private data.

CCTV
By mounting my old iPhones in every room of my house (bathroom included) office, and vehicle, I allow Amy to be omnipresent (at least for my needs) giving the full, Realtime context of my life. Also allows for async analysis of large amounts of data such as requesting a summary of my day/week/month which can allow me to enhance my efficiency and quality of life.
OBD-II
Vehicle Systems Data stream for monitoring and preemptive repair predictions.
Screen Recording
OBS Studio is used to create a dashboard containing real-time information. Weather, News, Stock Market Ticker, Calendar, E-mail inbox, and other miscellaneous 'widgets'. By using screenshots of my dashboard containing the information relevant to me, I can gather information from any source without using (or paying) for the API.
HealthKit
Health data from my Apple Watch is logged every night for tracking and analysis.
Physical Document OCR
A webcam positioned over my writing desk centered over an A4 document zone. When new paper documents are placed in the zone, a photo is taken and preprocessed before being run through the OCR models.

I am currently building bespoke AI systems for home and office deployment. Autonomous data capture and analysis with Voice-to-Voice UI I will be using this blog for more longform ideas and updates as the project grows. I don't know if I will be open sourcing this, but the concepts will be there. The reasoning is mainly due to me surrendering ALL of my privacy to get the most realistic and actually useful AI personal assistant and digital clone.
