Take a Break

Work Hard

We all work hard. It doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur, an employee or a freelancer. It's just who we are. We took our future in our hands and we do our best to make it successful.

All year round we build our companies, our position, our social media, blogs, vlogs and everything related. We spend our times on meetings, planning and executing. We plan for the future. At least we try.

Rest Hard

In all this rush we often forget to rest, to plan a summer break. Our effectiveness, clear mind, well-being, vision and fresh ideas are closely linked to how well rested we are.

It's not only the stress free environment that works for us, the work off days significantly improve our sleep quality, which is directly related to our mental health.

  • Mental health impacts thoughts, feelings, and actions and influences our ability to handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

  • Quality sleep is crucial for good mental health, but sleep issues can worsen mental health conditions, and mental health problems can lead to poor sleep.

  • Adhering to sleep hygiene practices can improve sleep quality and mental well-being.

Everyone regenerates differently, some need to rest for a week, for others hiking is a way to spend their free time. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it.

Just take a break.

Focus Time

When back to work try to schedule a focus time that will allow you to take a helicopter view on your current workload and plan things.

There's no rush. Everything will be fine.
