Long Walks Home: Ode to the Unseen Heroes (Poem)

1 min read
Dedicating a poem for the MIGRANT WORKERS walking miles back their home due to the lockdown.
Empty stomachs & crushed emotions,
Homecoming remains the only option!
Nothing left for them in the town,
Walking away with the wounds!
Crisis trials the moral asset,
Where deprived undergo the vilest!
Time would take a turn sooner or later,
Regrets will accompany us, nothing better!
Society stands by each other,
When one is gone, destruction isn't farther!
