Navigating the chaos with my friend and her mom (because who doesn't need a parental buffer on day one?), we joined the sea of nervous excitement in the auditorium. As inspiring speeches echoed through the hall, our stomachs provided a growling symphony. Turns out, "fast" also describes how quickly the refreshments vanished.

The much-anticipated campus tour? Apparently, it decided to take a gap year. Maybe the guides were still hunting for that elusive catering table, or thought a campus-wide food scavenger hunt would be a better icebreaker.

Despite the missing tour and unexpected fasting experience, the day was filled with laughter, new friendships, and the unmistakable feeling of stepping into a new chapter of life.
