When I first transitioned to managing a virtual team, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. However, as my business grew and I started working with talent from various parts of the world, I quickly realized that the dynamics of managing a virtual team required a different approach. It wasn’t just about ensuring that tasks were completed on time; it was about creating a cohesive unit where everyone felt connected, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Building Trust and Communication
One of the first challenges I faced was establishing trust and communication within my virtual team.
