3. Diffuse essential oils like orange, peppermint, or lavender to refresh your workspace.

5. Practice deep breathing or meditation for 5 minutes to reduce stress.
6. Set clear boundaries with work hours and stick to them.
7. Incorporate movement into your routine, like a quick workout or walk.
8. Use technology to support self-care, such as reminder apps.
9. Listen to calming music or nature sounds to maintain focus.
10. Have healthy snacks at your workspace to keep energy levels steady.
