I love learning about Psychology! 🌟

Unfortunately, when I first got interested in Psychology, I had a hard time figuring out where to start because the topic is a colosal universe with thousands upon thousands of different worlds (topics) until I realize that I should start learning about my personality.

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”.-Sun Tzu

Our own mind can be our greatest ally or the biggest calamity. All because we decide to listen to what other people say instead of stopping for a moment and thinking: Who am I? What am I thinking? Which is my voice?

Many of us live fighting against our nature without ever knowing it. We think very negatively and are often very harsh on ourselves, even for the smallest mistakes. It’s like our own mind is actively trying to protect itself from the noise that the world has been telling us every single day of our lives.

Don’t think, don’t reflect, don’t have dreams, do not even question authority or the way things are…

To be free, to conquer the world, one must conquer oneself, break the limits that are holding us back from achieving our greatest potential, and that starts and ends with our mind and our personality.

So, if you are trying to learn more about {Topic}, here’s the best way to get started:

  • Visit This Website: 16personalities because it’ll give you a foundation to discover and learn about your personality and is a helpful way to learn more about it in detail.
  • Watch This YouTube Playlist: All About the 16 Personalities by Frank James is a must-watch series for anyone interested in a more casual and entertaining way to learn about psychology.
  • Listen To This Podcast: If you really want to take it to the next level, I highly recommend you listen to The Future Of Work (Avoid Learning These Skills) by DAN KOE.
