I, Bradley Gudzinas, am submitting this formal request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to exercise all of my rights with respect to my personal information held by Twilio Segment.

Specifically, I request:

1. The right to know: Please provide me with a complete copy of all personal information that Twilio Segment has collected about me, including but not limited to:

• Categories of personal information collected.
• Specific pieces of personal information collected.
• Sources from which personal information was collected.
• Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
• Categories of third parties with whom personal information was shared.
• If personal information was sold, the categories of personal information sold to each category of third party.

2. The right to delete: Please delete all of my personal information that Twilio Segment has collected about me.

3. The right to opt-out: Please opt me out of any future sale of my personal information.

4. The right to non-discrimination: I understand that I have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising my CCPA rights.

In addition, and of paramount importance:

- I am invoking my explicit right under the CCPA, which mandates that businesses provide access to personal information they maintain on behalf of their customers. This includes data stored in underlying data systems.
- I unequivocally demand that Twilio Segment fulfill its legal obligation to request and provide my data from all customers who utilize your service.
- Failure to comply with this critical aspect of my request will be considered a direct violation of the CCPA and may result in further legal action.

I expect full and prompt compliance with this request in its entirety. Please confirm receipt of this request and provide me with a detailed timeline for fulfilling each aspect of my request, particularly the retrieval of data from your customers.
