Certification cohort begins!

Introduction and context -
First of all, watch this video to understand the full context of this series, and the motivators behind to start it at the first place.
So basically, here I am trying to document my journey, as I attempt getting the Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.
I do have some working experience with the cloud (AWS), where I used to provide UAT support to the product managers, by helping them debug the reason of the functionality not working as intended, tracing logs and API calls, doing configurations on the UAT environment using terminal and giving demos.
But I wanted to get some real taste of the cloud technology, because let’s be honest here, cloud technology is something which is there to stay, and getting a respected credential will boost my confidence in the same. Also, I cannot call myself a complete and competent software engineer, if I only know how to run code on my local machine, and not have the least of an idea, of making it available to the general public !
Everything works here on probability, the chance of me getting actually certified is not a sure event, but whatever might be the result, one thing which is for sure, is that walking this journey would definitely teach me some of the most important cloud concepts, and having them documented at a place should benefit me, as well as others who read them. Also if I complete the requirements of the stage 2, then I will be eligible to get free voucher for the certification, which originally costs 200$, hence practically speaking, there is nothing which I can lose in this bet.
Current progess is that I have cleared the stage 1, moved to stage 2, and also the week 1 of stage 2 has been completed. The videos will now be recorded from Week 2 onwards.
Resources that I am planning to use -
Official Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer Study Guide, by Dan Sullivan
Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect Study Guide, by Dan Sullivan
Professional Cloud Architect – Google Cloud Certification Guide, by Konrad Cłapa and Brian Gerrard
Labs and Videos of the QA Platform (formerly known as Cloud Academy)
Labs available on Google Qwiklabs (300 credits)
I will be trying to record videos of all the relevant labs, which I solve on Qwiklabs and the QA Platform. All videos will be available on my youtube channel. Also I will be sharing whatever tips and tricks I find along the way.
Wish me luck, and let’s see how things unfold !
