Outbound Calls

1. Test outbound calls by clicking on “Speak to your agent”

2. Schedule and Execute Batch Calls to initate multiple calls at the same time

Inbound Calls

1. Connect your own Twilio / Plivo account by copy pasting the link in “Receive Incoming Calls” to your account

2. You can also purchase a Bolna number. This number will be linked to your agent and answer all calls that come on this number.
