Recently, I stumbled upon the concept of "Public Learning" while browsing Youtube. I discovered an insightful video by Savinder Puri, who demonstrated the practical approach to "Learning in Public” and documenting the journey.

The concept of Public Learning emphasizes the importance of sharing one’s journey, which can be a powerful motivator for both personal growth and professional networking.

By openly documenting our progress, we not only reinforce our own knowledge but also inspire others who may be on similar paths. This visibility can boost our motivation as we can recognize our progress and the impact it may have on others.

Additionally, public learning facilitates networking opportunities. When we share our experiences online, whether through blogs, social media, GitHub or any professional networking platform.

This concept of “Digital Public Learning” helps introverts by providing a comfortable and low-pressure environment to share their knowledge and experiences. It allows them to engage at their own pace, fostering meaningful connections of like—minded individuals and boosting their confidence without the stress of traditional networking.

Together, these platforms facilitate community building and networking across the world, allowing individuals to share knowledge, seek support, and collaborate on various projects. This can develop meaningful connections that contribute to our career growth.

So here I am with my first blog where I’ll document my learning journey, experiences, goals, projects, achievements, motivation, life updates, helpful and interesting discoveries and more.

Remember that your unique perspective can inspire and connect with others in ways you might not expect. If you can do this consistently for 4-6 months, you will start receiving feedback and meet amazing people.

Happy Public Learning!
