A Simple Tip to Manage College and GSSoC π«
Balancing college with GSSoC can be tough, especially with lectures, assignments, and coding tasks. But with a bit of planning, itβs possible to manage both without feeling too stressed. Hereβs how I do it:
π Morning: Create Issues
In the mornings, I focus on reviewing projects and creating issues. Whether it's before classes or during breaks, I find a few minutes to check GitHub. Even creating 1-2 issues can keep me on track.
Tip: Use short breaks during the day to sneak in quick updates on your projects!
π Evening: Submit PRβs
After college, I dedicate time to coding and submitting pull requests. This is when I work on the issues assigned to me. I break tasks into smaller steps so it feels less overwhelming.
Tip: Set small, clear goals like completing one feature or submitting one PR each evening.
Stay Organized and Focused
Itβs all about breaking things down. Instead of trying to do everything at once, I tackle one small task at a time. This helps me stay productive without feeling too stressed.
Hope this helps!
Stay dedicated, use your time wisely, and keep contributing! πͺ
