Dracula for Spotify (Spicetify)

Dracula is a popular dark theme known for its vibrant colours and readability. In this guide, I'll show you how to easily install the Dracula theme for Spotify (Spicetify) to enhance your experience with a sleek, consistent look.

NOTE: This article only covers the Windows platform. For instructions on how to install this theme on other platforms, please refer to the official Dracula documentation.

Installing Spotify:

If you have installed Spotify from the Microsoft Store, you must uninstall it as that will not work.

Download the installer executable from Spotify directly, and install the latest version of Spotify.

Installing Spicetify.

Installing Spicetify Using PowerShell:

iwr -useb https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spicetify/cli/main/install.ps1 | iex

Install Spicetify Using Git.

If you are a git user, you can install the theme and keep up to date by cloning the repo:

git clone https://github.com/dracula/spicetify.git

Install The Theme Manually.

Download using the GitHub .zip file option and unzip them.

Activating The Theme.

1. Place the theme folder in the Spicetify Themes folder:

   1. Windows: %appdata%\spicetify\Themes\

2. Choose the theme using PowerShell:

   1. spicetify config current_theme Dracula

3. Apply the theme.

   1. spicetify apply
